When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped the same or next day as received, Monday- Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. Any orders received after 2 p.m. Friday will ship the following Monday.
When will my order arrive?
Orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-5 business days, but may take up to 9 business days. If you are in a hurry and need your order by a specific date, please contact us.
International transit times average 7-10 business days but could take up to 14 or more. If you haven't received your order within 3 weeks from your purchase date, please contact us.
How is my order shipped?
Smaller packages are generally shipped via Priority Mail service, which typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Larger or more expensive items ship via UPS ground service and arrive within 2-5 business days. Shipping service is chosen at our discretion, however is you have a preference or need your order expedited, please contact us beforehand.

Do you have a retail location?
At the current time we no longer have a brick-and-mortar retail location. Being a very small, family team, it is too difficult to divide our time between running a retail location and being at our shop handling orders and manufacturing parts.
Can I become a dealer?
To become a dealer for OLD-STF products, you must have a verifiable retail or online store and place an initial order of $500.00 or more. You must order at least $500.00 per year in order to maintain your dealer status, otherwise the account will be deactivated.
