We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Payments are processed through Paypal (you can sign up for an account here, but it's not necessary for checkout). SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Rates: Orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more receive free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states and to all U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping rates will be added at checkout and are calculated based on weight using the table below.

Delivery: Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders received after 2 p.m. will ship the following business day. Orders received after 2 p.m. on a Friday will ship the following Monday. Special or custom orders may take longer to ship.
Average transit time is approximately 2-5 business days, but varies depending on location. Please allow 2-9 business days for delivery.
NOTE: In certain circumstances, orders can be delayed due to holidays, carrier delays and/or due to the shop being closed. We are a very small team and though we try to get all packages processed and shipped the same or next day, there are times we may need an extra day or two. If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us about expedited shipping options.

Delivery: International orders on average arrive between 7-14 business days, but may take longer depending on location, customs, carriers, etc. If your package has not arrived within 3 weeks from the purchase date, please contact us.
Any fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs agency for fees and regulations.
(U.S. and International) Undelivered and returned packages will be refunded the original purchase amount, minus cost of return shipping and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Once an order leaves our shop we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages, nor damage occurring during transit. The buyer will need to contact the shipping carrier to submit a claim for loss or damage. If the tracking status for a lost package shows as being delivered, the carrier will not pay any claims, regardless if you received the package or not. Packages that arrive damaged need to be left untouched and a claim will need to be submitted to the shipping carrier. If you need help filing a claim, contact us and we will help you the best we can.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Please contact us if you need to return or exchange your order. We offer a 30 day return policy for refunds and 90 days for exchanges.
Items shipped back to us must be unused and in the original packaging (for all new products). After products are returned and inspected by us, a refund for the original purchase price, excluding return shipping costs, will be issued to the original payment account.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be at buyers expense, unless an error was made on our end, in which case shipping costs will be refunded or covered by us. Any defective or damaged items will be replaced at our expense.
